A healing oasis
These home needed serious appeal and the owners want to create an oasis. The wall leading to the basement had imploded, the deck stairs were improperly founded, they were on loose dirt and rattled as one came up and down the steps. Lastly, one of the railings was inverted, which minimized the widths of anyone going down the stairs. We rebuilt the wall leading into the basement with proper drainage and reinforcement. We added a patio with two custom-built pieces, the table and umbrella holder. Plantings were added to soften the new look. -
More stairs
These stairs have been falling apart for some time. It was backfilled with rocks and dirt. As soon as water got in the freeze-thaw cycle caused the steps to fail. We corrected the issue and fixed the steps. -

Landscape Design and Construction: Archdale Rd project
This project required a lot of planning. The land was 6" below grade and lacked serious curb appeal. Basically, when it rained, water would cascade onto the propery and straight into the basement. We brought everything above grade and gave the house a new identity. -
Landscape Design and Construction
This home had not been updated since its purchase. The landscape was beyond dated and became less functional over time. We gave this home a complete makeover in time for a family celebration that would be in a few days. The family was overwhelmed with joy with the graduation of potential. It was a true joy to to the project. -
